Lindsey is a licensed real estate agent who has worked with her mother Susie, on the Susie O. Johnson Team, since 2002.

The Susie O. Johnson Team services the entire St. Louis Metropolitan Area including St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. The team services the unique real estate needs of a wide range of clients from first time home buyers and sellers to experienced investors.

Susie has a staff of seven full-time employees including three buyer's agents, a new construction specialist, a listing and marketing specialist and a transaction coordinator. Each member of her team specializes in a certain area of buying and selling homes.

The team specializes in residential homes, new construction, condos, townhomes, luxury homes, investment property, waterfront, golf course property and land listings for sale in and around the St. Louis area. More specifically the communities of Chesterfield, Ballwin, Ellisville, Manchester, Wildwood, Town and Country, Maryland Heights, Ladue, Creve Coeur, Frontenac, Des Peres, Kirkwood, Glendale, Rock Hill, Webster Groves, Brentwood, Clayton, Richmond Heights, University City, the Central West End, South St. Louis City, downtown St. Louis, St. Charles, Weldon Spring, St. Peters, Dardenne Prairie, O'Fallon, Lake St. Louis, Defiance, Wentzville and Foristell. 

Since the begining of her real estate career in 1998, Susie and her team have successfully closed more than $245 million in sales volume.

Since 2002, Susie's team has consistently ranked in the top 5 for Coldwell Banker Gundaker in the St. Louis region out of 2000+ real estate agents.

In 2008 The Susie O. Johnson Team closed 98 units with a sales volume of $29 million.

In 2009 the team closed $25 million and a career high of 110 units.


In 2010 the team closed $30 million and 103 units.
